Q: What is the status of my deposit?
A: If the deposit is in the started/ pending stage, it means we have not received the credit for the same. In case the deposit fails, the refund amount will be credited by your bank in 3-5 working days.
In case the deposit is done using UPI mode, a refund will be processed within 30-45 working days.
We request you to check with your bank with the transaction id received on your bank statement.

Deposit not reflecting
Q: What is the status of the deposit amount which I have not received?
A: Request you to kindly provide a bank statement with a bank stamp with the authorized signature or pdf copy of your bank statement for the team to investigate and forward the same to the payment gateway. We also request you to provide the statement from the date of deposit (failed) to date for us to investigate further.

TDS policy
Q: What is the TDS policy?
A: All Winnings shall be subject to deduction of tax (“TDS”) as per Law. From 1st April, 2023 there will be a change in the TDS policy for all players and calculation of TDS shall be as per the new Regulations. TDS @ 30% shall be deducted from your net winnings at the time of withdrawal.
Net winnings = Total Withdrawals – Total Deposits.
